Since 1994, CPS Group has been helping restaurants, pubs, and bars upgrade their audio visual systems to improve both customer experience and day-to-day operations. From background music systems to digital displays, modern AV can help venues create the right atmosphere while sharing important information with customers.
Many hospitality venues now rely on screens for menus, promotions, and point-of-sale displays. We regularly install and integrate these systems alongside updated lighting, PA systems, and amplifiers to ensure the whole venue works together seamlessly.
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, CPS Group has built strong relationships with trusted suppliers. This allows us to provide high-quality equipment backed by full manufacturer warranties, giving venue owners confidence that their systems will perform reliably for years to come.

Adding screens or loudspeakers to your venue helps customers find their way around and stay informed while they visit. Clear audio and visual messaging can guide people through large spaces, highlight promotions, or share important announcements when needed.
Recently, we installed a discreet outdoor speaker system for Stewarts Garden Centres. We selected the Ecler eMOTUS5OD16, a compact 16-ohm loudspeaker designed for outdoor environments.
Because the speaker is small and weather-resistant, it blends into the surroundings without distracting from the space. At the same time, it delivers clear sound that visitors can easily hear across the venue.
Systems like this are ideal for garden centres, leisure venues, outdoor retail areas, and visitor attractions. They help improve the customer experience while giving staff a simple way to communicate across the site.

Audio visual systems for churches and houses of worship need careful design to ensure speech, music, and video can be clearly heard and seen by everyone in the room. Older buildings, high ceilings, and reflective surfaces can often make sound difficult to control, which is why experience in this type of environment is important.
At CPS Group we have been working with churches and community venues for over 20 years, designing systems that support both in-person services and modern live streaming. Our installation team specialises in creating simple, reliable systems that volunteers and staff can operate with confidence.
A recent project at Christ Church Winchester involved upgrading several parts of their audio visual setup. This included installing a new vision mixer to support live streaming, adding TV screens around the venue, and integrating the new video equipment with the church’s existing PA system.
By bringing these systems together, the church can now share services both inside the building and online, helping them connect with their wider community.

CPS Group has been supporting schools, colleges, and learning spaces with audio visual solutions since the early 2000s, when interactive whiteboards and classroom projectors first became widely used in education. Since then, technology has continued to evolve, and we have helped many schools upgrade their classrooms with modern, reliable AV systems that support engaging and interactive learning.
In recent years we have also worked closely with schools to develop environments that better support pupils with SEND needs. From clear display systems to improved sound coverage, the goal is always the same: to create learning spaces where every student can see, hear, and take part with confidence.
Our team understands that equipment in education settings must be simple to use, durable, and easy for staff to manage day-to-day. Because of this, we design systems that integrate smoothly with existing classroom technology while remaining straightforward for teachers and support staff to operate.

As technology moves forward, many venues now need more ways to connect devices than ever before.Modern AV systems must support laptops, wireless presentation tools, video conferencing platforms, and multiple display types, all while remaining simple for users to operate.
At CPS Group we work closely with venues to understand how their spaces are used and who will be using the technology. This allows us to design upgrades that make everyday tasks easier for staff, presenters, and visitors.
Common upgrades include conference rooms where laptops can connect instantly to large displays, meeting rooms where table microphones integrate with screens for clear communication, and lighting systems that automatically dim when a projector is in use.
These small details help create spaces that feel seamless and professional, while ensuring meetings, presentations, and events run smoothly.
Many venues rely on audio visual systems every day, but having a full-time AV technician on site is not always practical. A technical support contract from CPS Group provides venues with expert support whenever it is needed, helping ensure systems continue to run smoothly.
Our support contracts are designed for venues that use sound, lighting, or AV equipment regularly and want the reassurance that experienced engineers are available to help. This can include routine system checks, servicing, troubleshooting, and technical advice when issues arise.
CPS has been supporting venues across the south coast for many years, supplying sound, lighting, staging, and AV technology for events, installations, and live productions. With a support contract in place, venues gain access to the same experienced technicians who design and install these systems.
This service is particularly useful for venues where the role of a full-time AV engineer cannot be justified, but reliable technical support is still essential. It gives venue managers confidence that help is always available, allowing them to focus on running their events and welcoming their guests.
